WHO AM I?
My name is Axelle Advani - I was born and raised in France. I am 51 years old and I am the lucky Mum of two boys who taught me so much.
After living 8 years in the Middle East, I settled in London 16 years ago where I started my family and my certified training into Psychotherapist/Family Therapy/Parenting Coach/Positive Education Consultant/Intimate Therapy.
In my 25 years of Professional Life, I have been attracted to divers’ positions: Industry, Editing, Corporate Communication, Marketing and now Psychotherapy (solution-focused brief therapy) and Parenting Coach.
Throughout the years, I kept on evaluating how crucial the quality of human interactions is.
It is a privilege to have gathered years of experiences and various trainings to the service of others in order for them to engage into a more conscious way of living.
As there is many ways to perceive the world as there are individuals, I am fascinated by diversity of cultures. All Humans are different and unique, yet I believe that we all have one thing in common which is that we all have our bodies traversed by emotions 90% of our conscious time.
Understanding our emotions is learning to know ourselves, and from this intimate relationship with ourselves, we can develop better relationships with others.
I am carried on by spirituality in a global manner, I studied Judaism, I leaved 10years in Arab Countries which taught me a lot about Islam. I am myself Christian and my own kids are half Hindus.
In my personal time, I enjoy sports such as running, Pilates, Yoga and all practises that help me to stay balanced.
I use personally and professionally art as a way to express what cannot be said with words, I draw, sculpt and write poetry.
…..As a Parenting Coach; I believe that childhood is the beginning of discovering the world and oneself. Childhood is a phase of life that has a purpose, allowing the period to unfold a comprehension of who we are, and how we can evolve confidently in our systems.
I deem that parents are the roots of the child and through their empathy and guidance, they allow their children to finally open their wings so when ready, they can fly.
I look forward to meeting you…
