MOSAIC THERAPY

A solutionist therapy

Ocular Movements and Alternating Stimulation for Brain Integration

MOSAIC therapy is a solution-focused brief therapy based on a model of neuronal synchronization through alternating bilateral stimulation, similar to the techniques used in EMDR therapy (eye movements, sounds, or tactile stimulations).

Unlike other therapies, MOSAIC allows individuals to experience ressources already present within themselves through their bodies, without focusing on the problem or its history.

The alternating stimulations help amplify solution-based neural networks, allowing these solutions to be implemented in the lives of individuals in distress, bringing about the necessary transformations.

MOSAIC therapy therefore moves away from exposure techniques to painful memories, offering gentler, more pleasant, and highly effective sessions.

This therapy is intended for anyone experiencing suffering, whether due to an emotional shock, trauma, fear, anxiety, sadness, burnout, or relational issues. It is particularly effective in treating post-traumatic stress (painful events, life accidents, assaults, grief, separation, terrorist attacks, etc.), depression, generalized anxiety disorders, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, addictions, eating disorders, and sleep disturbances.

This therapy is also especially suited for patients suffering from complex trauma and dissociative disorders, as it avoids traumatic exposure, which can exacerbate symptoms.

This therapy is suitable for all types of psychological conditions and suffering.
